This year’s last live T is for Training is tomorrow at 2 pm eastern time.
Join us tomorrow December 18th at 2 Eastern to wrap up our “wrap up” of the past year in training. We will look back and look ahead to 2010. In addition we will revive the “Inside the Trainer’s Studio” from last year’s wrap up show.
There will be no show on the 1st of January with our next show coming up on the 15th of January.
In between shows, I would like to interview some training professionals who do not get a chance to join the T is for Training crew regularly. If you can think of some people, let me know and I will try to get an interview scheduled in our intersession.
Come ready to talk about:
1) A Look Back (If you didn’t get a chance to say so last time…):
Best Conference you attended and why?
Best Training you attended and why?
Best New Resource?
Most Unexpected Training Topic?
Best things you learned this year?
2) A Look Ahead:
What are you looking forward to in 2010?
What new technology training they expect to do in 2010?
What conference are you looking forward to attending/presenting next year?
What training you think will not be needed this coming year?
3) A Look Inside: Just a couple of questions for each of our guests.
The 10 questions:
What is your favorite word to hear in training?
What is your least favorite word in training?
What sound do you like to hear in training?
What sound do you hate to hear in training?
What other profession other than yours would you like to attempt?
What other training would you like to do?
What other profession would you not like to do?
What type of training you do not like to do?
What things turns you on about training?
What things turn you off about training?
We tape every other Friday (including this Friday the 18th) at 2 pm Eastern time an episode of the library training podcast T is for Training. Please join us to share your sights and insights with others in a free-flowing conversation.
It is up to you, but please do come. If you want to participate with your voice on the call, you should probably join Talkshoe before the show. You can catch up with all of the episodes you may have missed by going to the Talkshoe either via the sidebar widget or via the web.
See you tomorrow!
