Her brief bio:
Michele Martin is a learning and workforce development consultant with over 15 years experience.  Michele blogs at The Bamboo Project on using social media for learning and has developed and facilitated a number of learning, workforce and community-building activities using social media tools. She was also co-author of an essay, “Why E-Learning 2.0” for the eLearning Guild and has conducted numerous training sessions on using social media for job search and professional development. In 2008, she was nominated for 4 Edublog Awards, including best educational wiki, best individual blog and the lifetime achievement award.

We discussed government and social media, training, recharging personal batteries, upcoming projects and few other topics.
